Life in F O C U S . . Here's to Great 2009 !

Let me share to you our last Sunday Service which tackled about life being in FOCUS, it's a wonderful time for me to reflect about my Christian Life's journey this year. And I must say it was really an embarassing year for me, forgetting my obligations as a Child and at the same time, neglecting every opportunity that came my way to promote my Christiany.. tsk tsk, so shamefuL! :( Anyway, this is it..

CONVICTING OBSERVATIONS
- When we keep our attitude right, we find that GoD will enable us to do what "needs" to be done with joy and satisfaction.

- Unless we take to spend time with Jesus personally and privately, we will soon end up like MARTHA "busy" but not "blessed".

- When life gets complicated, it's helpful to remember that simplicity is the best policy.

- When time is critical, it is essential to focus on the eternal rather than the temporal.

Ano ba ang FOCUS ko the past 2008?

Ano naman ang magiging FOCUS ko this coming 2009?

FOCUS!

• Love myself more and other people within my reach
• Focus on peacefulness in everything that involves my self, my family, and friends
• Focus completely on what GoD wants me to become and where he wants me to lead on my life
• To find the better solution to every problem
• Find the brighter side of everything!
• Always check on myself and reflect on what I am doing whether it's right or wong
• Focus not on EARTHLY things! (for the nth time!)
• To be a gentle speaker - slow to speak, swift to hear, eager to love and understand, cautious on anger and grudges
• Improve myself and personality for the better!
• To give more of me - my time, my resources, my self, my heart, my everything! To anyone who needs it :)
• Eagerly find GoD's will unto my life and to everything!

"Loss of focus can be eliminated by remembering WHY ARE WE DOING WHAT WE ARE DOING"

PRAYER is inviting GoD into every activity..

A well deserved win, is well, a deserved win no matter what; and JC's win is a truly deserved feat! :) Whew! Talking about deserving (such a wide word ha!) hehe, from Charisse.. So deserving people to deserve such fame and win! Waah! What's happening out there?! Will someone pinch me, please? :) Haha..

Basta, Survivor Philippines is such a phenomenal show for me, and a history too! I am proud to say I became a part of it by being a viewer and a SURVIVOR myself :) Hehe, cheesy! Also by interacting with other Survivor addicts, and frequently visiting the official and unofficial sites of the show. Masaya! Masaya maging Kapuso eh, naks! :)

Congrats to Paolo ( d host! ), the amazing Castaways ( Chev, Emerson, Gigit, Patani, Niña, Vevh, John, Nikki, Jace, Kiko, Vern, Marlon, Kaye, Nay Zita, Cris, Charisse, Rob, and JC! ) Whew! Saulo ko :), and to the whole cast, staffs, and crews of the show, the GMA-7 for bringing us this one-of-a-kind show.. Yeah, proud to be!

His memories will forever linger in our hearts, ours - whom he has touched in so many ways that it hurts to even accept that he's already gone. I am still in denial and in shock stage, as in. It's too soon, too swift, too painful...

If there is something I would really love to do that I am so willing to exchange all the comforts I have right now, it is to meet my one-of-a-kind icon whom through the years have touched my life in ways I can never even imagine. No other people have influenced me the same way she does, well, other than that of Jennylyn of course. Just by looking at her, I am inspired already. What an impact it is, truly! For me, she is a modern day filipina who isn't afraid of letting her thoughts out, and because of that, she became endearingly beautiful for me. Yes, she had her fair share of controversy and intrigues but still, she remained beautifully calm, poised, and an inspiration not just for me but to many other young people who looks up to her with respect and awe. :)

BAKER'S HILL extravaganza: this is one of the rare time to go out and make some relaxation. After nang napaka-stressful week sa opisina namin because of the never-ending rushes, finaLLy! i took time out.. In the picture, I am with my sister and my niece. Yeah, picture perfect! :) After diyan, diretso pa kaming BaywaLk, Puerto Princesa City .. hehe

PASKUHAN SA KAPITOLYO start - kuwento nito, overnight ako sa work, morning ako natulog pero until 11am lang nagising na ko, I wasn't sanay! Aruy.. :) Mga afternoon, lumabas na kami at nag-shop till we drop.. Hehe! Kumain na din kami ng bongga kasi ang tagal ko nang di nakakain sa labas. Tatlo lang kami sa picture pero apat talaga kami niyan, I'm with my 2 sisters and a niece. :)

GIRL'S NIGHT OUT with the extras - masaya kami nito kahit papano. It was Carlota's birthday (not in photo) and nag-enjoy ako diyan. :) Ang daming celebration that time! December 01 kasi. Host ang Puerto Princesa ng Mutya ng Pilipinas at Dec. 01 yung start so ayun, tapos lighting ceremony ng Giant Christmas Tree, Opening ng Paskuhan sa Kapitolyo, Midnight Sale ng NCCC to kickstart?/kikickoff? ng 30th Anniversary nila, so ang daming activities talaga kaya sobrang traffic! Whooh.. May isa pang cute na nangyari during that day, nakita sa Asian sky o baka dito lang sa Pilipinas :) yung naka-smile na crescent moon. Naging parang smile yung moon kasi yung Venus at Jupiter naka-place above the moon! Ang cute :) Anyway, about the pictures, cute lang namin :) Hehe.. Majority kaming tatlo lang talaga sa mga pictures. Weeh.. Yung dalawa diyan, magkaaway pa and our goal (well, kanila lang) na pagbatiin sila but for me, it's not the proper time. About the Mr. Donut, hmm.. free advertising, anyone? Ganda!

Hayy.. keLan kaya matutupad itong isa sa mga pangarap ko? Sana yung hindi pa din ako uugod-ugod, yung mai-enjoy ko pa rin siya ng bongga! Ang sakit sa damdamin makakita ng ganito kagagandang lugar tapos di ko man lang mapuntahan.. Another hayy! Pero ok lang, at the same time, nai-inspire naman ako to do my best and hopefully someday, makarating ako sa mga lugar na ito.. Mangyayari din to, sooon! Hehe.. Basta, I won't marry until di ko napupuntahan ang isa sa mga lugar na yan.. :)

Sobrang "thank you" sa internet especially sa travelblog.org kasi nagkakaro'n ako at ang marami pang iba na gustong mag-travel ng inspiration on what place we should really visit and at the same time, sneak peek on these marvelous places. :) Parang ang sarap maging mayaman.. Toinks! Hehe..

Yun lang share ko about my somehow extravagant dream :) Isa lang yan sa pagkadami-dami.. Wala pa akong 1/4 sa mga na-achieve ko! Pero dadating tayo diyan by God's grace and provision.. Amen to that! :)
